Privacy Policy
We run phone calls for businesses. That means we handle voices, and we take that seriously.
§ 01 / WHAT WE COLLECT
To deliver the service we process:
- Call audio and transcripts — recordings and machine transcripts of calls handled by our agents, including caller phone numbers, call timestamps, language, and outcomes;
- Campaign data — contact lists, scripts, FAQs and CRM records our customers upload to run their campaigns;
- Account data — names, business emails, and billing details of our customers;
- Site data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics on entyti.in. The live call demo on our homepage requests microphone access only when you click to start a call, and that audio is processed solely to run the demo conversation.
§ 02 / WHY WE COLLECT IT
Call audio and transcripts are processed to deliver the conversation itself, to hand qualified leads and summaries to the business you called or that called you, to enforce compliance (consent, DND, calling windows), and to measure and improve answer quality. We do not use your call audio to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data. Ever.
§ 03 / CONSENT & CALL RECORDING
Calls handled by our agents are disclosed as recorded where the law requires it, and outbound campaigns run only against records carrying a timestamped consent source. Opt-outs and DND revocations are applied in real time and logged. If you want a recording of a call you took part in deleted, contact us and we will action it with the business that ran the campaign.
§ 04 / STORAGE & RETENTION
Customer call data is stored encrypted, in the India region by default. Retention is configurable per customer; defaults are 12 months for recordings and transcripts, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Audit logs of compliance events are retained as required by applicable telecom regulation.
§ 05 / SHARING
We share call data only with: the customer whose campaign the call belongs to; infrastructure providers (telephony carriers, cloud hosting, speech processing) under contracts that bind them to confidentiality and purpose limitation; and authorities where the law compels it. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
§ 06 / YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live (including under India's DPDP Act and Australia's Privacy Act), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for future calls. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
